Living in the present isn't always easy, but it sure feels a lot better than worrying about the future, or being haunted by the past. I have to remind myself that the past is just that; the past. It can`t be changed … I can`t go back and do it differently.
As for the future, I go by the saying, "Live Life Now." A simple message, that is very difficult to do, but I keep on trying.
